WELCOME TO MY WORLD!

Hi! My name is Ronnie Burgess, and welcome to Ronnie's Art  World.  My parents realized early on that I had a talent for art. They tell me instead of scribbling, they could actually tell what I was drawing. They also learned to keep "important" papers out of my reach, or they would become my canvas. They are not sure where I get my talent from because I am adopted, but my parents have always encouraged me to work on my art.

I began oil painting in 2010 when I was 9 years old. My favorite subjects are animals and landscapes. I have recently started painting abstracts, which allows me to blend colors, and achieve some exciting effects. 

I also enjoy photography, which allows me additional material to use for my paintings. I have won many awards at County Fairs for both my photography and painting. I had my first art showing on May 4th, 2017.

When I am not painting, I am a typical teenager, in that I enjoy playing computer games. I also enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and three dogs.
